By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Ascend Solace is not a medical or clinical entity. The App provides tools for relaxation, mindfulness, breathwork, and self-reflection. These tools are strictly for personal development and educational purposes.
- Not Medical Advice: The content within the App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified mental health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition.
- Assumption of Risk: If you choose to utilize our guided breathwork or meditation exercises, you do so at your own risk. If you have a history of respiratory issues, cardiovascular disease, or severe psychiatric conditions, please consult a medical professional before engaging in deep breathwork.
2. AI & Oracle Insight Disclaimer
Ascend Solace utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate personalized insights and Oracle Card readings. You acknowledge and agree that:
- These readings are generated for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
- They should never be used to make financial, legal, medical, or major life decisions.
- Ascend Solace assumes no responsibility or liability for any actions taken or decisions made based on the content of these insights.
3. Payments, Premium Access, and Refunds
Ascend Solace offers free content as well as premium content accessible via a one-time purchase.
- Payment Processors: We use third-party platforms (Stripe for the web, Google Play Billing for Android) to process all transactions securely. You agree to their respective Terms of Service when completing a purchase.
- One-Time Purchase: Premium access unlocks the stated features indefinitely for the lifetime of the App. This is not a recurring subscription.
- Refund Policy: Because Ascend Solace provides immediate access to digital goods, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. However, refund requests made through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's standard refund policies. If you experience technical issues unlocking your purchase, please contact our support team.
4. User Accounts and Security
To save journal entries and reading histories, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
5. Acceptable Use and Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI prompts of the App.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our secure servers, Firebase databases, or another user's account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Ascend Solace, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the distinctive visual design (glassmorphism UI), is the property of Ascend Solace and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit our content without express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ascend Solace, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
